As a child, I was engaged in dancing, in 2012 I was fond of fitness (aerobics), then the trainer offered me to undergo training as a fitness trainer, then I was skeptical about this. Later, there was an interest in the gym, martial arts (sambo section for women), but when it was closed, I became interested in CrossFit 3-5 workouts a week, I was a fan.
Having lost a lot of weight, I returned to the gym in order to gain muscle mass.
Being engaged in one of the prestigious gyms in Yekaterinburg, the trainer began to nominate for bodybuilding competitions in the fitness bikini category. The main part of the preparation for the competition took place in one of the halls of Verkhnyaya Pyshma. Scared of the stage, it was never a goal to go on stage, but it was a good experience. I got to the finals of the championships in the Sverdlovsk Region and the Ural Federal District.
